A Customer Care Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA, simply send the device back to us and we'll replace it for free. It's that easy!
Plans apply only to the original purchaser. Products must be purchased directly from Good Life Inc. Under these Plans, the sole obligation of Good Life Inc. is to repair or replace the product, at Good Life Inc.'s discretion.
The standard 2 & 3 year Protection Plans do not cover damage occurring from (but not limited to) accidents, alterations, neglect, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, and modifications or repairs not recommended or approved in writing by Good Life Inc.
For all Protection Plans, shipping costs to Good Life Inc. are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. Good Life Inc. will then ship your replacement unit to you free of charge. Please note that your Protection Plan timeframe does not start over when you receive a replacement.
